Then join us as Reservation Manager (m/f/d) two brands, endless opportunities Your key responsibilities include: Responsible for managing the reservations department and ensuring smooth operations  Actively solicit and manage reservation and group housing sales opportunities to drive revenue  Maximize revenue through effective up-selling of every booking opportunity  Ensure excellent guest service and loyalty through service excellence  Prepare and maintain offers, contracts, and booking confirmations  Monitor forecast data and group reservations  Control no-shows, waitlists, and accurate billing instructions  Collaborate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Convention Services  Lead, motivate, and train the reservations and group housing team including scheduling Be able. Completed education or degree in hospitality, tourism, or similar field Several years of experience in reservations, ideally with leadership responsibility Solid understanding of market trends, revenue management, and F&B offerings Strong communication and sales skills in German and English Proficient in Opera and MS Office Hands-on mentality, organizational talent, and passion for leading a team Ideally, you already have experience working with the Opera hotel system Be connected.
