Anchored in safety, efficiency, and innovation, we empower our brands to meet the highest standards and deliver unforgettable journeys.Your Responsibilities Maintain andupdate project documentation across all vessels, ensuring accuracy andaccessibility. Track andrecord Purchase Orders, ensuring they are reflected in relevant documents (SoW,bidding files, technical specifications).Support themonitoring of work assignments, bidding processes, and CAPEX/OPEXdocumentation. Assist withdocument version control and ensure consistency across shared platforms. Coordinate withinternal and external stakeholders to collect missing documentation andupdates. Help preparesummary reports and dashboards for project status and financial tracking.Support in data entry andformatting tasks for presentations and internal reviews.Your ProfileYou are currently enrolled for a Bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Maritime field or equivalent studies.Ideally, you have gained first working experience in the Maritime sector.Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.Solid technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Self-motivated and eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently.Business fluent English skills (English is our companys official language).We Offer30 days of holidays per year Flexible working hours & the possibility to work from home for up to three days per week, providing a healthy work-life balance and increased convenienceThe flexibility of working remotely for up to 10 days a year across EuropeThe opportunity to work with international experts from more than 40 nationalities in a dynamic and vibrant team, fostering a working environment that promotes Speaking Up, Respecting and Protecting, Improving, Communicating, Listening, Learning, and Empowerment.
