**_Location_**_: Hamburg_

Type of contract: Working student contract for 1 year (with the option to extend)

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Front office support to our existing drivers and partners, and tickets support through Zendesk
- Quality Assurance and monitoring of Driver Performance, including outbound calls
- Sell FREENOW on-car-advertisement via cold calling and negotiate deals with our fleet partners
- Project Management - support in various projects related to Driver Operations (e.g. Expansion to new cities or competitor analyses)

Ideally three days in the office:

- Mondays: 9am - 6pm
- Wednesdays: 8:30am - 2pm
- Fridays: 8:30am - 2pm

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Highly motivated to support our drivers and partners with a positive attitude
- Ideally some initial experience in a similar role (Operations, Customer Service or Sales)
- Proficient German skills (C1 level or higher)
- Comfortable working with (G-Sheets, Tableau)
- Good Communication skills
- Well organised way of working
