Wir suchen dich ab sofort und für 20 Std./Woche als Working Student Recruiting (m/w/d) für die MOIA Operations Germany GmbH mit Sitz in unserem modernen Headquarter an der Binnenalster im Herzen von Hamburg.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt aktiv unser Bewerbermanagement, übernimmst das Screening neuer Driver-Bewerbungen mit den dazugehörigen Bewerbungsschritten und beantwortest die Anliegen unserer Bewerber*innen schriftlich
- Du begleitest unsere praktischen Fahrproben auf unseren Betriebshöfen und bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Bewerber*innen vor Ort
- Du übernimmst die Vor
- und Nachbereitung unserer Fahrprobe und unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten zur Vorbereitung von Personalakten
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung verschiedener Assessment-Center
- Du arbeitest an spannenden Projekten rund um das Recruiting bei MOIA mit

Dein Profil
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbar und bist noch mindestens 12 Monate immatrikuliert
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Vorkenntnisse im gesuchten Aufgabenbereich sammeln können
- Du hast Freude im Team zu arbeiten und bereicherst das Team mit deiner motivierenden und offenen Arbeitshaltung
- Dich zeichnen deine starke Kommunikationsstärke, Selbstorganisation und Selbstständigkeit aus
- Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen
- Du bist unsicher, ob du alle geforderten Kriterien für die Stelle erfüllst? - lass es uns gemeinsam herausfinden
