Your seat to fill: Lead, develop, and inspire the HRBP and HR Admin teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture Guide and support HR teams and leadership across locations, acting as a key escalation point for complex HR matters Drive the evolution of HR processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with global best practices Lead performance cycles, salary reviews, and talent development processes in close partnership with management Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—particularly for executive and high-impact departments Act as a strong voice for HR in leadership forums, offering data-driven insights and strategic guidance Partner with TA to ensure a seamless and impactful recruitment and onboarding experience Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Works Council, supporting smooth co-determination Identify, develop, and retain top talent to build a strong leadership pipeline across functions Lead the implementation and optimization of digital HR systems to increase transparency and efficiency Your stroll to CYBEX: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Several years’ experience as a seasoned HR Business Partner, including leadership of HR teams Proven success in shaping and executing HR strategies in international environments Strong knowledge of German labor law; additional international HR law is a plus Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken any additional language knowledge is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a clear, pragmatic communication style Strategic mindset with a passion for linking people solutions to business goals Experience with organizational change, including restructuring or cultural transformation Digital mindset with a strong grasp of HRIS and modern performance tools Ambition and readiness to take on broader strategic responsibilities in a growing organization CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
