- Areas of responsibility:
- You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Administrators and, as an HR professional, will generally look after a small group of employees yourself
- You support your team in looking after employees in 29 countries in all employee matters
- The bandwidth of the support areas ranges from global marketing to research & development to classic service areas and is correspondingly interesting, varied and demanding
- You are a driver of HR Business Partner development, have an affinity for digital HR processes and like to challenge the status quo
- You conscientiously control the common HR processes such as annual appraisals, salary rounds, bonus rounds, employee appraisals, development meetings, etc.
- At the same time, you have fun with the classic, operational HR topics and can also actively work hands-on yourself
- You are close to the workforce, always at eye level with your counterpart and represent the HR department as HR Ambassador
- You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and provide support with recruitment and onboarding
- You enjoy working constructively and cooperatively with the works council and are sure to contribute your knowledge of employment law
- You work efficiently and results-oriented and ensure continuous improvement of team performance, reporting directly to the Vice President HR position
- Your profile of qualification:
- Profound practical experience as a general HR business partner, ideally including initial management experience
- Experience in the implementation and execution of common HR processes
- Very good knowledge of German labor law, knowledge of other countries would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Task-related completed studies or successfully completed education with appropriate professional experience
