**Areas of responsibility**:

- You are responsible for the co-creation, definition, development & coordination of sustainable activities across all areas of the organization
- Serve as the Go-To-Person for all sustainability matters within the organization, ensure knowledge sharing and education, and, over time, build a cross-functional team/network
- You report to the Director Strategic Development Cybex Group and work closely with the Managing Directors, who sponsor Sustainability within CYBEX
- You lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of CYBEX’s ESG Reporting
- You will co-create, implement and oversee CYBEX sustainability policies and practices to ensure that the sustainability perspective is embedded in all that we do
- You will ensure the setting of standards and business relevant sustainability KPIs and drive the collection and gathering of such data. Furthermore this role will be the point of contact for gb Group sustainability matters and ensure flawless communication and collaboration with group stakeholders
- In accordance with the organization's commitment to sustainability, you analyze current policies and processes to identify areas that can be improved
- You will conduct research to identify environmental and sustainability concerns, interests, and issues. You will also develop and maintain appropriate documentation and records including budgets and other financials

**Your profile of qualification**:

- 4-6 years work experience in a similar role for a large complex organization
- A thorough understanding of the most common external sustainability frameworks and standards, along with knowledge of how to create and implement an internal sustainability framework
- Experience working together with C-level and department leads
- Expert communication and management skills and ESG reporting experience
- Expert for social and environmental policies with respect to sustainability (standards, best practices, frameworks, etc.) and knowledge of sustainability practices, applicable laws and regulations
- Knowledge of sustainable activities within in the juvenile industry (benchmarking) and strong network within the area of sustainability outside the juvenile industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree highly preferred
- Professional certification preferred
