**Your area of responsibilities**:

- Build internal competencies and external partnerships to deliver solutions in the area of Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, HR & Finance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps
- Ensure successful implementation of strategic projects and initiatives
- Drive innovation and evolve technical architecture based on business needs
- Lead digitalization initiatives within the domain and promote digital solutions
- Lead a team of Solution Architects and foster a collaborative work environment

**Your profile of qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Technology or Science or similar education
- First experience in functionally and disciplinary leading a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully integrate available resources
- Strong analytical and logical skills. Able to construct or modify independently business processes or working methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge within IT especially in area of SAP S/4 HANA and connected modules
- Knowledge in the are of product life cycle management tools (PLM)
- Comprehensive knowledge in integration with other IT systems
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
