Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the TD21 Aviation & Space team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Underwriter Reinsurance Aviation and Space. You can look forward to Assessing complex risks and developing tailor-made reinsurance solutions for international primary insurers and brokers Maintaining global client relationships, leading negotiations, and building long-term partnerships Analysing existing contracts, evaluating loss histories, updating contract data, and ensuring comprehensive documentation Actively managing our international portfolio, developing IT-supported tools, and optimizing processes for greater efficiency and Transparency Contributing to internal projects, introducing innovative ideas, and driving the continuous improvement of our systems and processes in the Aviation & Space business You come equipped with A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Banking) Initial professional experience in underwriting within primary or reinsurance Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) Excellent command of German and English, combined with strong communication skills Willingness to travel internationally on occasion, e.g., to the USA A strong team player who empathizes with others, inspires people with an open and engaging attitude, sees the bigger picture, and focuses on solutions rather than problems Don't meet all the requirements?
