In particular, you will gain insights into our Group Risk Management and can also familiarise yourself with areas such as Advanced Solutions, Insurance-Linked Securities and Group Quotation Service. You will be supported by our experienced colleagues and will develop your skills through selected training sessions, specialist seminars and independent projects. This will allow you to identify your talents more closely and gain exciting insights into our products and processes. You will familiarise yourself with the entire spectrum of non-life reinsurance in all its diversity. We would be delighted to accompany you on this exciting journeyYou can look forward to Gain exciting insights into risk management, the pricing of insurance products and the development of innovative reinsurance solutions, among other things Get to know the day-to-day business of the various specialist departments and actively contribute your ideas Provide support in predominantly IT-related projects and contribute to the digital development of our working world Spend several months abroad at one of our international locations Take part in special trainee events and build up a Group-wide network You come equipped with Very good Master's degree in (business) mathematics with a focus on stochastics, financial and/or actuarial mathematics Initial practical experience in the financial services industry or insurance or banking training is advantageous Experience abroad, e.g. through study visits Proficient user skills in English and conversational German skills High IT affinity and ability to organise yourself Connecting power and a communicative personality Don't meet all the requirements?
