We compare with the best version of ourselves What is the role? As a Strategic Partnership Manager you will lead and expand our relationships with payload providers across the space industry. Your role will be critical to securing long-term strategic partnerships, particularly around instruments that fly onboard our spacecraft. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in the space sector and a proven track record of managing complex partnerships and supplier ecosystems. Some of your daily tasks will include: Strategic Relationship Building Establish and nurture relationships with key payload providers in Earth Observation, SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar), Radio Frequency, PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing), Broadband, and Direct-to-Device (D2D) domains. Sales Enablement & Opportunity Identification Identify and develop joint sales opportunities with strategic suppliers, aligning their capabilities with EnduroSat’s commercial goals. Supplier Channel Management Manage payload suppliers as active sales channels, collaborating closely with EnduroSat’s sales team and supplier representatives to drive mutual success. Procurement Support Assist EnduroSat’s procurement team in evaluating and onboarding payload providers when direct purchases are required. Sales Team Support Ensure payload provider commitment and alignment with EnduroSat’s sales efforts, supporting internal teams in closing deals and delivering value. Market Intelligence Continuously monitor and report on trends, innovations, and movements in the payload supplier market to inform strategic decisions. What do we look for? Proven experience in strategic partnership management within the space industry. Strong understanding of payload technologies and their integration into spacecraft. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, procurement, and technical teams. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Why EnduroSat?
