Aufgaben Du begleitest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die technische Umsetzung bis hin zum Testing und Go-Live. Du entwickelst individuelle Geschäftsanwendungen mit Power Apps, automatisierst Prozesse mit Power Automate und visualisierst Daten mit Power BI – alles auf Basis konkreter Kundenanforderungen. Du unterstützt unsere Kund*innen bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen durch den gezielten Einsatz von Low-Code-/No-Code-Lösungen. Du konzipierst und realisierst Canvas- und Model-Driven-Apps, integrierst Datenquellen über Dataverse, SharePoint oder SQL und nutzt Power Pages für externe Portallösungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachabteilungen und IT-Teams zusammen, um skalierbare und wartbare Lösungen zu entwickeln, die sich nahtlos in bestehende M365- oder D365-Umgebungen einfügen. Du bleibst stets am Puls der Zeit, indem du neue Funktionen der Power Platform evaluierst und aktiv in Kundenlösungen einbringst. Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Power Platform, insbesondere Power Apps, Power Automate und Power BI; Erfahrung mit Dataverse, Power Pages oder Azure-Komponenten ist ein Plus. Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und bringst Begeisterung für moderne Technologien und digitale Transformation mit. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt runden dein Profil ab. Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich. Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung, App-Entwicklung oder IT-Beratung sind ebenso gerne gesehen.
