**Your Role**:
As the Innovation Lead for Single-Use & Integrated Platform Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of innovation. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with our portfolio goals. You will identify emerging technologies and market trends to uncover new opportunities. Managing a diverse innovation portfolio, you will drive initiatives ranging from incremental enhancements to transformative breakthroughs. Collaboration is key; you will work cross-functionally to integrate innovative solutions into our product and service offerings. Establishing robust innovation frameworks and overseeing the innovation pipeline will be essential to ensure project prioritization and execution. Engaging with external ecosystems, including startups and research institutions, will help source cutting-edge solutions. You will monitor industry developments, secure resources, and present compelling business cases to stakeholders, measuring and reporting on the innovation performance to ensure a clear return on investment.
**Who You Are**:
- Master’s or PhD in Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
- Over five years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong scientific background in biopharmaceutical drug manufacturing processes, including single-use systems.
- Proven track record in developing successful innovation strategies and roadmaps.
- Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to collaborate and lead within a complex international network of stakeholders.
- Results-driven with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel 10-20%, including internationally; fluent in English.
