Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung einer Abteilung Internationaler Technologiekonzern im Osten Münchens. Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Connectivity mit Verantwortung für die Themenfelder Netzwerk, Firewall, VPN, WLAN und Remote Access (ca. 10 Mitarbeitende in Deutschland, 13 global). Strategische Weiterentwicklung der globalen Netzwerkarchitektur unter Berücksichtigung von Zero-Trust-Design-Prinzipien in enger Abstimmung mit Corporate Security. Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Betriebs der globalen Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastruktur, inkl. Regelwerksmanagement, Monitoring, Dokumentation und kontinuierlicher Optimierung. Aufbau und Betrieb von Cloud-Konnektivität (z. B. Azure, AWS, GCP) sowie Integration hybrider Netzwerkarchitekturen. Verantwortung für Hochverfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Performance der Netzwerkinfrastruktur unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. GSMA, PCI CPP etc.) und interner Sicherheitsrichtlinien. Überwachung und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs, SLAs, Incidents, Kapazitätsmanagement) sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. Management von Netzwerkperformance, Störungen und Sicherheitsereignissen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate Security und den Fachbereichen. Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung für den Bereich Connectivity, inklusive Planung, Kostenkontrolle und Investitionsmanagement. Förderung der standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und des Wissensaustauschs zwischen den globalen Teams Koordination der Schnittstellen und Stakeholder innerhalb von Group Services sowie zu den Fachbereichen Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten im Verantwortungsbereich, von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld, idealerweise in einer Führungs- oder Projektleitungsrolle. Tiefes technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN, Routing & Switching, Firewall-Systeme. Erfahrung mit Zero-Trust-Konzepten, Netzwerksegmentierung und modernen Sicherheitsarchitekturen (z. B. SASE, ZTNA). Kenntnisse in Cloud-Connectivity und hybriden IT-Infrastrukturen sind von Vorteil. Erfahrung in Teamführung, Ressourcenplanung und Lieferantenmanagement. Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke. Kunden- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten auf Managementebene Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
