(Senior) Onboarding Specialist

Als erfahrener Onboarding-Spezialist bist du ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb, dem Support-Team und unseren Partnern zusammen, um eine reibungslose Implementierung von Xentral zu garantieren. Mit deiner Erfahrung in der Anpassung von ERP-Lösungen für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen und in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, bringst du die notwendigen Fähigkeiten mit, um als Projektmanager auch komplexe Geschäftsstrukturen erfolgreich in unserem ERP System abzubilden. Deine Aufgaben Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere ERP- Lösung den Bedürfnissen des Kunden gerecht werden Dein Fokus liegt darauf, Geschäftsprozesse in die Xentral-Logik zu übersetzen, insbesondere im Bereich Teilelisten, Preise, Beschaffung und Produktion Du arbeitest mit Vertriebs- und Support-Teams zusammen, um Kunden während des Onboardings bestmöglich zu unterstützen und ein reibungsloses Onboarding-Erlebnis zu bieten Du sammelst Verkaufs- und Produktanfragen auf strukturierte und priorisierte Weise, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden erfüllen können Dein Profil Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem IT- oder technischen Fachbereich und mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Anwendung von ERP-Systemen Du besitzt Starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und in der Umsetzung von technischen Lösungen, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Bereich Du besitzt Proaktive und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweisen, sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem teamorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten Du bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch We offer Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy remote work options across Europe or from our office-hubs in Augsburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, and Lohne (Oldenburg), along with flexible working hours.
