As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued clients. Your dedication to delivering exceptional client support and your proactive approach to problem-solving will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Integrate and train our clients in the use of the tool. This means delivering 2- to 3-hour training sessions (mostly remotely)
  • Provide advice and use your in-depth product knowledge to ensure they get the most out of their subscription.
  • Be the first point of contact for any client questions or concerns.
  • Manage and take care of your clients. At Salonkee, we have one clear goal: to deliver exceptional service. Your role will be to help us consistently exceed our clients' expectations and trigger genuine "WOW" moments of satisfaction.
What we are looking for in you:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in an account management role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Self starter
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
