Als Head of Presales Defense bist Du für folgendes verantwortlich: für die Erstellung von Kundenangeboten in der Defense Industry für das Presales Team in der Business Area Defense für die Präsentation von IT-Lösungen nicht nur theoretisch, sondern führst auch Live-Demos, Webinare und Workshops mit deinem Team durch Identifizierung von Geschäftspotenzialen mit neuen Branchenlösungen und -technologien Du erstellst Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und identifizierst Portfoliolücken, Potenziale und Umsetzungsmaßnahmen Du führst Markt- und Kundenanalysen zur Bewertung von Marktpotenzialen sowie Trendanalysen durch Du entwickelst Business Cases und Geschäftsmodelle für Neu- und Bestandsgeschäft und übernimmst die Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf das Gesamtportfolio sowie die Entscheidungsfindung Du stehst dem Topmanagement bei allen technischen und strategischen Fragen, die das Produktportfolio betreffen, beratend zur Seite Als Head of Presales Defense hast du mindestens 15+ Jahre in strategischen oder geschäftlichen Rollen innerhalb von B2B-Unternehmen, vorzugsweise in der Defense Industrie oder beim Militär gearbeitet. Zusätzlich überzeugst Du uns mit folgenden Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen: Expertenwissen in Marktforschung und Trend-Scouting Hervorragende Kenntnisse in der Bewertung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen Hervorragendes Marktverständnis und Kenntnisse des relevanten Produktportfolios Sehr gute Kenntnisse des ICT-Lösungsportfolios Hervorragende Kenntnisse in der Transformation von Menschen und Organisationen sowie in der Veränderung von Prozessen Starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und in klare, umsetzbare Strategien zu übersetzen Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) Exzellente Erfahrung in einem interkulturellen Umfeld Flexibel und anpassungsfähig, in der Lage, in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld zu bestehen und sich weiterzuentwickeln  Belastbar unter Druck, mit einem hohen Maß an beruflicher Integrität  Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
