We provide fantastic training and ongoing support so no experience required - just the right values and attitude. Our Home care locations have their own dedicated care and support team based on-site. As a home care assistant, you will be involved in providing tailored packages of care that support customers circumstances and lifestyle preferences which can include: support with domestic home help services, personal care needs, nutrition, hydration, medication and companionship needs, this may include accessing the community. Anchor at this time does not provide tier 2 sponsorship, you must have the right to work in the U.K. to apply for this position.
