Hours: 25 Join us as a Team Leader at Anchor to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. You'll be responsible for supporting people with a wide range of needs. This role will also give you the opportunity to use your management skills to ensure a high level of quality care is being delivered. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, committed to delivering exceptional, high quality care and has a strong attention to detail. Experience in working with customers in a home care environment preferably with a level 3 in health and social care or with a view of working towards it. Please Note Anchor at this time does not provide tier 2 sponsorship, you must have the right to work in the U.K. to apply for this position. At Leofric Lodge we have 46 self-contained flats designed to make daily living easier and more enjoyable for people with care and support needs that want to remain in their own homes with an independent lifestyle for people aged 55 and over.
