Our solutions address the major challenges of our time: climate change, housing shortage and skills shortage.We value a working environment in which diversity and flexibility are appreciated, cooperation in partnership and mutual support in the team are a matter of course and learning is perceived as an opportunity.Become part of our international team Become part of #OneAareon We are looking forward to meeting YOUYour Responsibilities• Responsibility for controlling business units with a focus on performance and results management• Preparation of KPI analyses, benchmarks, and performance reports as a basis for decision-making for management and investors• Analysis and management of recurring revenue models (MRR, ARR, Churn, Net Retention, Upsell/Cross-Sell)• Active involvement in the Lead2Cash process (Lead, Pipeline, Conversion, Billing, Cash) and identification of optimization opportunities• Sparring partner for Business Unit Management and interface to Finance, Sales, and Operations• Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and multi-year planning• Participation in special projects in a private equity environment (e.g., post-merger integration, efficiency programs, KPI dashboards)Your Profile• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a software/SaaS company within a private equity environment• Solid knowledge of KPI-driven business unit controlling and management of recurring revenues• Confident handling of ERP and BI systems (especially SAP and Power BI)• Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of implementation orientation• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for actively supporting growth and transformation• Very good knowledge of German and EnglishOur benefits• 30 days of vacation plus additional days off on December 24 and 31• Work-life balance through flexible and remote working options• Future-oriented workplace in the growing IT solutions sector with a stable foundation• Room for personal development through individual training opportunities• JobRad (bike leasing) for work and leisure
