**Your Contribution**:

- Interact and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different departments of our headquarter
- Create tools and insights to empower leaders to make sound financial decisions and business case assessments
- Prepare reports for management and advisory bodies for monthly and quarterly performance reviews (including planning and forecasting)
- Drive the digitalization of finance processes, as well as the consolidation of systems and harmonization of master data
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis of financial data and prepare information for management and supervisory bodies
- Work closely with other controlling and finance departments of SCHOTT Pharma, as well as SCHOTT Group

**Your Profile**:

- You successfully completed a university degree in economics or business administration with a main focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Taxes
- You gained a minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling in an international B2B company
- You enjoy employing your fast, analytical, and proactive mindset with an eye for detail
- You successfully utilize your creative thinking skills, structured way of working, and quick comprehension
- You have both content and people skills to advocate for and drive change
- You bring attention to detail, time management, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
- Your fluency in English and German (written and spoken) completes your profile
