⭐️ Your Impact:As a Founders Associate (m/f/d) at Smalt, you’ll work directly with our leadership team to scale our network of Meister-led craft partners (electrical, PV, SHK, roofing, etc.). You’ll onboard new partners, improve their commercial and administrative processes, and design the automations that power their growth.This hybrid role blends operations, strategy, and enablement - perfect for ambitious early-career professionals who want to learn how to build and scale a high-growth tech company from the inside.
