Our deep industry expertise coupled with in-house implementation, delivery and training services makes Vistex a full solutions resource and consultancy.Vistex Solution Advisor will report directly to the Manager, Solution Advisor and can expect to have frequent interaction with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management as well as external prospect/client facing interactions. The Solution Advisor will design and deliver customized demo scenarios for potential and existing customers of the Vistex suite of products. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain in-depth technical, product functionality and operation knowledge of Vistex software products with particular emphasis on tax-related solutions such as Excise Tax Management (ETM) across the EMEA region. Collaborate closely with Sales team members, prospects and client contacts ranging from systems administrators, end-users to C-level leadership to gather all necessary business and technical requirements to build successful, customized product demonstrations (proof-of-concept, pilot presentations, etc.) Perform product demos and technical presentations for potential clients, partners, and sales team via audio/video web-based conferencing, phone, and on prospect/client site Provide technical sales support via a variety of media and formats, to include tradeshows, events, webinars, Q&A sessions, etc. In partnership with sales team members, reply to RFQ’s, RFI’s and RFP’s with appropriate level of business and technical depth depending on the prospect/client organization, contact and audience When a well-defined RFP is not part of the initial process, perform detailed requirements analysis to fully understand existing prospect/client infrastructure; current and future needs; motivations; and timelines Provide ongoing product-specific technical guidance to Sales team members and other internal/external audiences as required and appropriate Develop supplemental product/solution documentation as needed, tailored to financial stakeholders and decision-makers in regulated industries such as alcoholic beverage, tobacco, and sugar products In partnership with Sales, proactively track and manage prospect/client product evaluation process Other duties as required or directed About us: The Vistex platform helps businesses finally get control of all their different promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives.
