We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development, Central Europe to join our world-class, hyper-growth organization, and help us continue to expand our business in the region. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development EMEA, you will be a critical member of the Sales Development EMEA leadership team, leading and driving the pipeline generation strategy for the Central region (DACH and Central Eastern Europe) by working closely with Sales and Marketing, and positioning our sales development function as a key new account activation and revenue acceleration engine for our enterprise segment in Central. You will lead, transform and coach a high-performing Sales Development team comprising of 1 Front Line Manager (FLM) and individual BDRs.  This role is a hybrid role based in our Munich office (3 days in the office). The impact you will have: Take the primary leadership role in building and scaling an outstanding team Support and shape strategy for pipeline generation within the Central business Manage your team’s multi-million dollar new business pipeline target and be active in coaching team members to be successful Work with cross-functional regional leadership to maximise the contribution of the team Maintain strong reporting, accountability and attainment against quota Analyse team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies What we look for: Second line leadership experience, preferably in a Sales Development function Experience leading high-performing Sales Development teams, with consistent overachievement against quota Experience recruiting and developing SDRs, focused on giving people the training and support that they need to succeed Experience in sales process focused around value selling, prospecting and opportunity qualification High proficiency in leveraging sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft Passion for cloud, big data and AI, with prior experience in this space highly preferred Must be business fluent in English & German
