You will support our day-to-day operations and play an important part in making every candidate journey feel personal, smooth, and well-coordinated. You’ll get plenty of guidance, but also the chance to grow quickly and bring in your own ideas. Your key responsibilities include: Supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of positions across different functions and seniority levels Taking ownership of the recruiting process for interns and working students Posting job ads on various platforms and supporting candidate sourcing and outreach Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth process Supporting on strategic projects and ad-hoc initiatives that help the team stay organized Maintaining and updating candidate databases and talent pools Contributing ideas to improve our recruiting processes and initiatives Your profile You are a great match for this role if you are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
