If you want to join an expanding and ambitious multinational company, while seeking to challenge yourself, learn, and grow your career, all while using your expertise to multitask and easily adapt to moving targets, this is a great opportunity to join us as an Accounting Coordinator The responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator among others will include: Support the smooth execution of accounting processes across GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets. Participate in monthly and annual closing activities by preparing journal entries, reconciliations and relevant reports. Perform key accounting controls and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Assist with tax-related processes and submissions in coordination with internal teams and external partners. Maintain and update accounting systems and reporting platforms as needed. Contribute to compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and audit requirements. Provide support on ad hoc requests, reports and finance-related projects. Collaborate with other departments and external advisors to gather and provide necessary information. Ad hoc duties within the Finance function, as and when required. Requirements The ideal candidate should have: BA in Accounting or similar field. At least 3+ years of proven experience in accounting. Background in either multinationals or mid-size companies will be preferred. Computer literacy with Advanced MS Excel skills. Good working knowledge of the English language. SAP experience will be a plus. Job-Specific Skills: High Volume Processing & fast pace background required. Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently. Be proficient in data entry, working to multiple tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communicator, both verbally and written, able to clearly explain policies and issues to internal and external customers. Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority. Ability to use their own initiative with minimal supervision and hold themselves to a high standard of quality and quantity of work.  Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality. Proactive thinking but also willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Ambassador across the organization for best practices in Accounting in general.
