Meltwater's Professional Services team focuses on media insights & analytics. We take responsibility for curating bespoke reports and managing key projects of our biggest clients. We deliver business-essential intelligence reports based on our keen analyses of various media outlets across traditional and social media channels.

**About the Role: Project Coordinator**

The Project Coordinator role is an exceptional opportunity to develop and deepen your analytical and project management skills, as well as stakeholder and relationship management skills, all while thriving in a fast-growing and versatile organization that offers you empowerment and autonomy.

In this role, you will report to the project manager for our professional services resource and project management tool, Kantata. Our analyst teams around the world use the platform to manage portfolios and client relationships, centralize communications, track and assess the profitability of projects, and manage resources planning.

**Purpose of the Role**:

- The Project Coordinator will be a new role within Delivery Services, to evaluate and standardize the way our teams utilize our project management platform
- This role will play a critical part in establishing a global standard for usage and maintaining/holding teams accountable to that standard
- Serve as an empathetic liaison, and be able to understand unique stakeholder needs and adapt to them while ensuring consistency within and across teams
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience

**Critical Job Responsibilities**:
**Technical & Operational**:

- Monitor and audit data regularly to ensure data integrity and consistent approaches/procedures globally across all roles and levels
- Develop checklists and tracking tools to ensure adherence to data quality control standards
- Understand our global network of vendors and how they support each of our teams, to determine the best methodology for accounting for their costs
- Maintain regular and close communications with teams to assess usage on a per team basis, help identify any challenges or opportunities for process improvement, channeling feedback to management to iterate on a global standard
- Brainstorm and execute initiatives surrounding adoption, usage, and learning and development
- Develop training and learning resources based on identified focus areas where additional support is needed, leveraging learning platforms
- Support larger related strategic initiatives, working closely with the Kantata Administrator and collaborating with relevant stakeholders as needed
- Stay up-to-date on project management industry changes, to propose best practices and use cases for internal project management toola

- Must be located within radius of a Meltwater Professional Services location

**What You'll Bring**
- Preferred 3 years of experience in an analytical, product/project management and/or stakeholder management role
- Relevant industry experience in media insights / reporting & analytics / traditional or social media / media agencies & public relations / digital marketing / marketing & communications.
- Experience working with cross functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Depending on your work experience, this position will be a project coordinator or project manager role
- Bachelor's degree or above. Preferably in communication / business / analytics related major
