Job DescriptionRole title:ERP Programme Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)Role description:Our client, a global leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, has launched an ERP transformation programme aimed at consolidating the group's multiple ERP environments (both Microsoft and non-Microsoft) into a single Dynamics 365 F&O environment. The programme is in its early stages and requires an ERP Programme Manager to take over the planning, pilot, execution and governance of the programme, ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related integrations across all regions of the group.In addition to programme leadership, the successful candidate will bring Dynamics 365 F&O product expertise, as the role is expected to oversee operational changes and improvements to the ERP system. Whilst deep technical expertise is not required, a good understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and how best to govern in an enterprise environment will be essential.The role will drive business transformation, improving operational efficiency and aligning technology initiatives with strategic goals. As such, although this is an interim role to begin with, there is strong potential for long-term collaboration with this organisation.We invite all candidates with experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programmes to apply nowStart date:beginning of January 2026 (target)Contract duration:initial 6 to 12-month engagement (with option to extend)Location:hybrid – onsite (Berlin) and remoteCapacity:full-time (5 days per week)Responsibilities:Define and manage the ERP programme roadmap in line with corporate strategyOversee multiple workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain and ManufacturingEstablish and maintain governance and compliance frameworksEnsure alignment with regulatory, security, and quality standardsDrive cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teamsReport on progress, KPIs and decisions to senior leadership and steering committeesManage budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts and resource allocationIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies and issuesOversee ERP integration with legacy systems and manage master data governanceLead adoption, training, operational and change management initiatives, both in-flight and post go-liveRequirementsSkills & Experience:Degree and/or relevant certifications in IT, Business or related field8+ years’ experience in ERP programme management (Dynamics 365 F&O)Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and manufacturing processesProven experience in governance, portfolio management and agile deliveryExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillsLanguages:English (fluent)German an advantageEligibility:Residency in Germany, ideally in or close to BerlinAbility to work remotely and on-site in Berlin in a hybrid arrangementBenefitsAs a freelancer / contractor with us, you will enjoy flexible working hours and the freedom to choose your own projects.
