AllUnity is building the bridge between conventional finance and the future of blockchain-powered finance.Join us in shaping the future of finance, pushing boundaries, and transforming how value is transferred and managed.About the RoleAs a Junior Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, supporting client success, and expanding our presence in the digital finance space. Working closely with senior leadership, you will assist in onboarding institutional clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. You’ll act as a first point of contact for client inquiries, helping to resolve issues promptly and professionally while gathering feedback to inform product and service improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the onboarding and support of institutional and Corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience.Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, customers, and prospects.Collaborate with senior sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to align on growth initiatives.Monitor the market and gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry conferences.Support preparation of client materials, presentations, and progress reports.Be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.Key RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, customer success, investement banking, or a similar client-facing role.Knowledge: Understanding of Web3,investement banking and fintech is a strong advantage.
