Teamlead Digital Merchandising – Womenswear Shoes and Bags (Mat. Cover) (f/m/d)) To support our Digital Merchandising team we are searching for a Teamlead Digital Merchandising – Womenswear Shoes and Bags (Mat. Cover) (f/m/d)) to be based in our Munich office. This is a maternity cover for 1 year. WHAT YOU WILL DOLead, develop, and support the WW Shoes & Bags Digital Merchandising team, managing priorities and workloads effectively Define and execute onsite merchandising strategies to optimize sales and maintain a strong brand presentation Partner closely with Buying, Merchandise Planning, and Marketing to align seasonal focuses, key launches, and commercial opportunities Oversee the planning and delivery of homepage and editorial content in line with trade and storytelling priorities Analyze performance across designers, categories, and campaigns, sharing insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders Ensure an optimal onsite experience in collaboration with CX and Shop Management teams, continuously improving navigation and conversionWHO YOU AREDegree in business, fashion, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce, including team leadership Strong commercial and strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management experience Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ecommerce and analytics tools Passion for luxury fashion and deep knowledge of the Mytheresa brand and designer landscapeWHAT WE OFFERUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting) 10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting) Language & e-learning courses Staff discount of up to 30% Company pension scheme Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Discounted travel card Access to LinkedIn Learning Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life) Social Day Employee Share Purchase PlanWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
