**Job Description**:
We are looking for an intern or working student to support our regional merchandising team for footwear, bags & socks.

The main task of our regional merchandising team is to develop the most consumer-oriented assortments for our European retail landscape.

What are the needs of our target consumers and how do they differ?

How do we identify the focus consumers per point of sale?

How should the assortments be assembled and activated to optimize our results?

These are just some of the core questions we work on as a team. Our success depends on close collaboration with internal departments, making the role versatile and interesting. We serve as the connection point between our regional sales & marketing teams, and product development at the French headquarters. In addition, we take care of pricing, demand forecasting and in-season offers.

**What to expect in detail**:
You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the seasonal preparation process. Support our team in finalizing the assortments and final documents for handover to the regional organizations.

With your organizational skillset, you will take control of the regional merchandising platform, ensure that all documents are up to date, and consolidate feedback from the regional teams. With your strong excel skills you will monitor the performance of our assortments or track the results of in-season offers to share them weekly with the teams.

Das sind nur einige der kernfragen die wir im team erarbeiten. Unser erfolg ist hierbei von einer engen vernetzung mit internen abteilungen abhängig, was die rolle vielseitig und interessant gestaltet. Wir stellen den verbindungspunkt zwischen sales, marketing und produktentwicklung im französischen headquarter dar. Daneben kümmern wir uns um die preisgestaltung, mengenplanung und die in-season angebote.

Mit deinem organisationssinn übernimmst du die kontrolle der regionalen merchandising plattform, stellst sicher, dass alle unterlagen auf dem neuesten stand sind und konsolidierst das feedback der regionalen teams.

Du hast zudem schon gute excel skills gesammelt und nutzt diese um die performance unserer assortments zu überwachen oder trackst die ergebnisse der in-season angebote um sie wöchentlich mit den teams zu teilen.
