As **Intern **in our** Digital Merchandising** team you will co-own and improve the ratings & reviews process. In your daily work, you’ll get a chance to explore details of processes within the Merchandising department, while developing your project management skills. This position is located in** Munich** and the preferred internship duration is **six months.**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- setting up a new and improved ratings & reviews process with a strong focus on customer experience
- ensuring the process documentation is comprehensive
- work in close collaboration with the Quality Management Team, Customer Care and senior business stakeholders
- independent handling of various administrative tasks

**YOU COME WITH**
- studies in a relevant field
- good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a “hands-on” attitude and a focus on both detail and fast execution
- quick understanding, structured and independent way of working and excellent communication skills
- high motivation and curiosity about learning new things
- good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- very good knowledge of German and English, both written and verbally
