Werde Teil unseres Teams alsIntern Asset Management im Bereich Real Estate: Dein Aufgabengebiet: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.) Cash-Flow Analysen Markt- und Mieterresearch Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsrückstände, Mieteinnahmen etc.) Sowie Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben Your Profile Kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Teamplayer und Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit About AXA The AXA Group is a global leader in insurance and asset management, with 160,000 employees serving 105 million customers in 62 countries.
