WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the transactions team and work on a wide range of transactions including the acquisition of single assets, portfolios and property or development companies; setting-up of joint ventures and investment platforms. We are looking for an astute, determined professional to assist our transactions team.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Real estate valuation analysis & cash flow modeling
- Market research
- Technical specs and CapEx analysis
- Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
- Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
- Support due diligence processes and deal execution

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Student from a leading business school, engineering school or university
- Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency with MS Office tools
- Excellent English and German working proficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in an easy, concise and simple manner

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately
- Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts
- Strong relationship building skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter with ability to work independently while communicating frequently
