We are currently looking for an Expansion Intern in Germany, who is ready to start an exciting career in real estate and support us with a wide variety of functions:
Tasks
- Analyze new expansion opportunities in close exchange with the team
- Financial underwriting and negotiating with developers and real estate owners
- Conduct market research, and identify target locations
- Site visits to support decisions on locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate, ideally in the area of real estate
- Fluent level of German and English
- Flexibility and attention to details
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Growth mindset, curious and adaptable personality
