**This Opportunity**
Heitman’s Frankfurt office is seeking an Intern to join our Private Equity Real Estate team.

- Deep insight into the daily business of a global real estate investment manager
- Be part of the underwriting and evaluation of real estate acquisitions throughout Europe across strategies and asset classes
- Contribute to the management of investments through their Lifecyle, including internal and external reporting
- Supporting the analyses and strategy implementation at asset and portfolio level

**We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- Advanced studies for a degree in Finance/Economics/Business, preferably with a focus on real estate
- Passion for the real estate industry
- Previous experience in a relevant field such as real estate, investment banking or corporate finance (e.g. through an internship or working student activity)
- Profound MS Office knowhow (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Strong quantitative, analytical and communicative skills
- Proactive and goal oriented working style
- Proficiency in German and English
