Job description: Airbus DOA approver signature role for ATA 928/929 OR 923/924/925 in ESI perimeter. Supports and advice in performing the concept studies and trade-off studies. Propose and implement the improvements in terms of System Installation with impact on weight, lead-time, and cost. Ensure the consistency between the Configured DMU and the design intent for Airbus design activities. Network & liaise with a broad range of Airframe, Systems and Cabin sub-domains including Industrialization and Standardization. Strong background in Airbus Electrical System Installation rules and DMU knowledge Good Knowledge and Experience working in A320/SA Airbus Program; Process, Method, and Tools Knowledge in other Airbus programs E.g. A330/A350/A380 is added value. Outstanding understanding and knowledge in below mentioned Airbus tools, methods & Process. Airbus SIDP/TDD standards Configuration Management ESI Design – Concept; Primary and Secondary flow Fixed and Movable bracket proposition - IP and UID proposal Full 3D, A2D. RDR and DQN creation. Airbus check process (E.g., QC0, QC1 & QC2) Harness migration to CATIA V5. Harness Installation drawing creation. Knowledge in Proptool & data preparation for treatment (CIRCE-I)/ Core Elec. Knowledge of functional electrics & support activity. Good overview on COBOT tools, Core Elec, CIRCE-C and CIRCE-P. Knowledge of CAPITAL Tool on Harness design creation and release process. Trouble shooting technical queries raised by internal team. Hands on experience in working with onsite/Onshore and offshore models. Involve in identifying and implementation of Continuous improvement. E.g., Process, Automation, digitalization & etc. DOA (Design organization approval) Skills: Basic knowledge in: DOA and Airworthiness Safety Reporting Basics EASA Part 21J Export Control Ability to categorize & decide on critical, non-critical and safety topics Attitude and aptitude to the safety of the aircraft. Software Skills: G-Suite; MS office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel) Airbus Customized Tools: A320 VPM, SAP, ARINA, CORELEC, COBOT Suite, TAKSY, Catia V5, SAP, APSNG, CCD, ICC, CAPITAL Roles and Responsibilities: Design quality check. Ability to perform A1020 approver signature on DWG/DD (ATA92 and to its relevant sub ATA’s) Resolving technical queries raised by teams. Up to date with Airbus Golden rules & TRM. Review and validating RCA. Checklist management – periodic review and update. Ability to perform 3D design & DWG activities. Continuous improvement. Support for QIM and Quality exchange. Provide support to dedicated quality check team. Skill evaluation and development. Knowledge management.
