We are currently looking for a

**Team Lead: Product Management (M/F/d)**
To join our Engineering & Development team.

**What you will do**:

- Manage and lead Product Manager group with focus on on-time, on-quality and in-budget deliveries
- Ensure AERQ’s entire Product Portfolio is created, defined, established and continually improved to produce the world’s best revenue generating and entertaining aviation platform
- Perform technical, commercial and definition based communication with internal and external suppliers, as well as with customers about product ideation, development and approval issues
- Manage and authorize product specifications for system and company products.
- Approve and implement respective product definition philosophies within the development and company organization
- Create, define and manage budget for team in terms of resource
- Maximize at company level efficiencies in cross functional tasks and ensure a compliant work environment is maintained.
- Develop, implement and ensure through monitoring, correct processes and infrastructure in place for product management tasks in line with EASA 21G operations
- Analyze industry trends and drive product planning

**Who you are**:

- Relevant university/polytechnic degree (preferably in aerospace / aeronautical / mechanical engineering) with at least 3 years relevant professional experience, or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Product Development and/ or Management or similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Technical lead, technical project management, or team lead experience in a development department desirable.
- Experience in reviewing/approving design data desirable.
- Experience in supplier coordination and technical negotiations desirable
