Central Operations Manager (DACH Logistics) Germany / DACH Region On-site / Hybrid | Full-time | Logistics & Operations Management | DACH Region Focus Are you a logistics operations expert ready to lead, optimise and scale operations across the DACH region? Our client, a dynamic and growing logistics leader, is seeking a driven Central Operations Manager (DACH Logistics) who thrives with responsibility, process ownership, and delivering operational excellence across multiple markets. If you are strategic, hands-on and experienced in managing cross-border logistics in German-speaking markets this might be the perfect fit for you. About the Role As Central Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of operations across the DACH region. Youll lead and coordinate critical processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant logistics services. With oversight across multiple countries, proper process flow and coordination are key to success. You will be a crucial link between management, operations teams and external partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting growth and scalability. What You Will Do Oversee and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for DACH markets Manage warehouses, transportation, and delivery processes with high standards Ensure compliance with local regulations across different countries in DACH region Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, warehouse, transport, customer service) to ensure seamless process flow Monitor KPIs and performance metrics: delivery times, costs, quality assurance, service levels Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability Manage and support a distributed operations team across regions Report to senior management, contribute to strategic planning and regional growth What You Bring Proven experience in logistics/operations management preferably with DACH region scope Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transport and delivery coordination Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills Ability to manage cross-border operations and ensure regulatory compliance across countries Leadership skills with experience in managing distributed/remote teams Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven KPIs and process optimisation Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2+) Whats Offered Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Stable international working environment with growth potential Opportunity to lead and shape operations on a regional level Dynamic and professional team working across multiple countries High responsibility role with clear impact on company success If youre ready to take a central and strategic role in a fast-growing logistics company to lead, optimize, and scale operations across the DACH region we want to hear from you.
