Als Central Operations Manager Intern arbeitest du im Herzen unseres Unternehmens: Du entwickelst Trainingssysteme für unsere Stores, analysierst operative Daten und baust Tools, mit denen wir unsere Qualität und Effizienz in ganz Deutschland skalieren.

Aufgaben

Aufbau einer Lernplattform für unsere Milano Vice physical Stores

  • Mitarbeit am Konzept und Struktur für eine interne Trainingsplattform ("Milano Vice Academy")
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien (Videos, Checklisten, Guides)
  • Aufbau einer zentralen Wissensbasis für alle Store-Teams
  • Ziel: Wissen standardisieren, Training skalierbar machen und Qualität sichern

Prozessmanagement & Tools

  • Dokumentation und Optimierung von Abläufen
  • Mitarbeit an Automatisierungsideen im Bereich Reporting und Datenanalyse

Personalplanung

  • Unterstützung bei der automatisierten Berechnung des Personalbedarfs

Forecast & Monitoring

  • Aufbau eines Ampelsystems mit gewichteten Kriterien (COGS, Labour, Ratings u. a.)
Qualifikation
  • Starkes Interesse im Bereich Gastronomie bzw. Gastronomie relevanter Abläufe
  • Stark analytisch und interessiert an datengetriebenen Prozessen
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Google Sheets oder Excel (Formeln, Pivot, Auswertungen)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstark, hands-on und lösungsorientiert
  • Deutschkenntnisse C1, Englisch fließend
