Dazu zählen Kampfpanzer, hochgeschützte Radfahrzeuge, Artilleriesysteme, Militärbrücken, Kundenservice sowie Ausbildungslösungen. Wir verbinden erfolgreich Innovationsfähigkeit mit Tradition und langjähriger Erfahrung.Was Sie erwartetAls HR Process and Digitalization Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gestaltung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycles mit dem Fokus auf Digitalisierung, dabei liegt ein besonderer Fokus auf der Weiterentwicklung und Implentierung von HR-SystemenAußerdem begleiten Sie Transormationsprojekte zur Digititalisierung und Effiziersteigerung im HR-BereichDabei übernehmen Sie die Analyse, Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von HR-Prozessen (Hire-to-Retire) und stellen die Prozess-Compliance sicherSie stehen im engen Austausch mit den HR Business Partnern, der Payroll, dem Recruiting und anderen internen Stakeholdern sowie externen PartnernSie arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit der Arbeitnehmervertretung zusammenSie sind verantwortlich für die Steuerung von Rollouts und Systemupgrades in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer IT und externen Dienstleistern und unterstützen bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung einer HR IT-StrategieSie unterstützen das Team beim Managementsystem, internen/externen Audits (ISO.
