Senior Specialist Digitalization and Financial

In your new role you will:

- Create forward-looking analysis and scenarios with a focus on revenue and cost of sales
- Convert the datasets into a meaningful results and illustrations that answer questions from Automotive Management and Finance teams
- Proactively drive the development of used systems and tools and communicate improvements and propose best practices to the Automotive Finance community
- Act as a digital expert to support Finance needs and propose useful automations and clever solutions
- Be the interface to other Infineon Finance Departments, IT and Automotive Organization
- Work with big databases to generate insightful results and visual representations
- Support with planning processes and delivering forecasts versus actual analysis and conclusions

You can quickly establish a successful cooperation and like sharing insights with colleagues. Also, you are open to recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of your team members. Moreover, you are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working. You always work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in Business Informatics, IT, Economics or similar, with a focus on Finance & Controlling
- 3-5 years of work experience in Finance & Controlling; experience or expertise in Operation Cost Controlling is a plus
- Good understanding of corporate Profit and Loss statement with a focus on revenue and cost of sales and typical business drivers
- Knowledge in working with big, complex data and multidimensional databases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, MS Office) in order to extract and visualize data for presentation and dashboard purpose and to derive clear key messages
- An understanding of digital technologies for scenario planning (e.g. predictive analytics)
- An analytical mindset
- Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus
