Dan is deze vacature misschien iets voor jou:Vanuit de vestiging in Essen geef je administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning aan de klanten in exportmarkten- Je behandelt orders- Je volgt klantendossiers op, wat volgende zaken kan inhouden: behandelen van staalaanvragen, opvolging van facturatie, aanvragen van de nodige exportcertificaten en douanedocumenten, debiteurenopvolging, klachtenafhandeling, bezorgen van technische productinformatie- Je controleert, voert in en actualiseert de klantgegevens en bereidt de prijslijsten voor. - Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams binnen sales en daarbuiten en daarbij speel je een centrale rol in de communicatie en verzeker je een goede samenwerking die resulteert in een efficiënte orderafhandeling.Je rapporteert aan de Customer Service Coordinator.Profiel- Je hebt een 3-tal jaar relevante ‘soft sales’ ervaring, bij voorkeur in een back office omgeving.- Je hebt ervaring opgedaan binnen een customer service afdeling.- Je bent klantvriendelijk en werkt zeer nauwkeurig.- Je bent een assertieve maar ontwapenende communicator en je beschikt over goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden.- Je kan vlot overweg met de gangbare Office-toepassingen en bij voorkeur heb je enige kennis van een ERP-systeem (zoals SAP).- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en het Engels. - Je bent een doener, pragmatisch, hands-on en je beschikt over een gezonde fun-factor.- Je voelt je thuis in een vlakke organisatie waar initiatief en autonomie geapprecieerd en gestimuleerd worden.Aanbod- Je krijgt een onmiddellijk vast contract bij onze klant. - Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk salaris afhankelijk van jouw profiel en ervaring . - Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag en ecocheques .- Glijdende werkuren met start tussen 7:00 en 9:00 uur (met tikklok) .- 40% thuiswerk mogelijk na de inwerkperiode .- Je werkt in een voltijds of 4/5e dienstverband Klinkt dit als de ideale job voor jou?
