Aufgaben Entwicklung neuer digitaler Geschäftsmodelle und strategischer Kooperationen im Gewerbegeschäft mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Profitabilität. Steuerung und Umsetzung vertriebsübergreifender Kampagnen und Aktionen zur Stärkung des Gewerbekundengeschäfts. Verantwortung als Projektleiter oder -mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Digitalisierungs- und Effizienzprojekte, insbesondere im Bereich End-to-End-Prozesse. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT, Vertrieb und externen Partnern zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung. Weiterentwicklung digitaler Abschlussstrecken, Tarifierungslösungen und Schnittstellenanbindungen. Analyse von Markttrends und Entwicklung innovativer Business Development-Strategien. Erwartungen Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ausbildung im Versicherungsumfeld mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Gewerbeversicherungsgeschäft. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktentwicklung, Underwriting sowie im Aufbau digitaler Prozesse und Plattformen. Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte, im Schnittstellenmanagement sowie in agilen, crossfunktionalen Teams. Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten – sowohl digital als auch persönlich. Hohe Kommunikations- und Argumentationsfähigkeit sowie Konflikt- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Team- und Sozial-Kompetenz Erfahrung mit externen Plattformen, Assekuradeuren oder digitalen Kooperationsmodellen.
