In this capacity, the role must maintain strong relationships internally and with other outsourcing partners.
The Outsourcing Manager will have experience, local knowledge and skills to manage, monitor and control outsourcing activities according to local regulatory requirements.
Creation and maintenance of all outsourcing documentation (incl. Point of contact for auditors on all matters relating to outsourcing
Support the Information Security Officer
Several years of professional experience in the field of outsourcing management in a bank or financial services institution
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements according to KWG,MaRisk, BAIT and the EBA guidelines on outsourcing management
Very good written and spoken German and English
Strong relationship/stakeholder management skills
Lead by example and encourage others to behave in ways which support the development of a successful and desired business culture
Satisfactory performance against applicable internal and external compliance and control standards and codes of conduct including but not limited to conduct rules under the Senior Manager and Certified Person Regime
Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
