- Outsourcing Officer - MaRisk AT 9 No. 10
The Outsourcing Manager has responsibility for all outsourcing activity as the Outsourcing Officer (Auslagerungsbeauftragter).
- In this capacity, the role must maintain strong relationships internally and with other outsourcing partners.
- The Outsourcing Manager will have experience, local knowledge and skills to manage, monitor and control outsourcing activities according to local regulatory requirements.
- Creation and maintenance of all outsourcing documentation (incl. policies and procedures) and reporting as required
- Point of contact for auditors on all matters relating to outsourcing
- Support the Information Security Officer
Anforderungsprofil
Position specific:
- min. 3-6 years or more of professional experience in the field of outsourcing management in a bank or financial services institution
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements according to KWG,MaRisk, BAIT and the EBA guidelines on outsourcing management
- Understanding of technology systems and cloud services
- Very good written and spoken German and English

- Satisfactory performance against applicable internal and external compliance and control standards and codes of conduct including but not limited to conduct rules under the Senior Manager and Certified Person Regime
- Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
