Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung einer Strategie zur Arbeitgebermarkenbildung und tragen entscheidend zur Steigerung der Attraktivität des Unternehmens sowie zur Bekanntheit in allen relevanten Zielgruppen bei.
  • Sie entwickeln, implementieren und integrieren unsere Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) in sämtliche Berührungspunkte der Bewerberreise (z.B. Karrierewebseite, Stellenanzeigen, soziale Medien, etc.).
  • Sie planen und erstellen Inhalte für unsere digitalen Kommunikationskanäle, behalten aktuelle Trends im Auge und bringen innovative Ideen ein.
  • Sie konzipieren zielgruppenspezifische Personalmarketingmaßnahmen und Kampagnen, sowohl online als auch offline, um unsere Arbeitgeberpräsenz zu stärken und die passenden Talente zu gewinnen und zu begeistern.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung unserer Karrierewebseite, um die Anzahl der Bewerbungseingänge zu erhöhen.
  • Sie organisieren und führen Recruiting-Veranstaltungen durch.
  • Sie analysieren die Ergebnisse Ihrer Aktivitäten und leiten daraus strategische Maßnahmen ab.
Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben ein Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie bringen mindestens drei Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich (Personal-) Marketing, Kommunikation oder Arbeitgebermarkenbildung mit.
  • Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und haben Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität aus.
  • Eine analytische Denkweise sowie eine sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sind Ihre Stärken.
  • Sie kommunizieren zielgruppengerecht und verfügen über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
