About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at Viega GmbH & Co. KG. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an Employer Branding strategy that strengthens our employer attractiveness and awareness in all relevant target groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an Employer Branding strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across all touchpoints of the candidate journey, including our career website, job advertisements, social media, and more
  • Plan and create content for our online communication channels, staying up-to-date with industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table
  • Develop targeted personal marketing measures and campaign concepts, both online and offline, to increase our employer presence and reach, and attract the right talent
  • Optimize and develop our career website to drive more traffic and increase application submissions
  • Prepare and execute recruiting events
  • Measure and analyze the results of our activities and develop recommendations for improvement

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Employer Branding Specialist with a strong background in marketing, communication, and/or employer branding. You should have a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, and at least three years of relevant experience in the field.

  • Strong understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and German
