Job Overview

Viega GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Recruitment Center, you will play a crucial role in shaping our employer branding strategy and driving the recruitment process forward.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and our Employer Branding Team.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's culture, values, and business objectives to ensure alignment with our recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment management, preferably in a similar industry or company size.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
