Strategic Visualizer for the MedTech Industry

About the Role
As a Visual Business Strategist for the Strategy Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future with a focus on innovation and new business models. You will work directly with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Management Board to co-develop the long-term strategy for BIOTRONIK.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the organization in visualizing and communicating the complex message of strategic transformation from idea to product innovation, product design, and user experience.
- Deliver ideas and creative solutions for best-in-class presentations that effectively communicate the strategy.
- Bring in up-to-date visualization techniques to elevate the standard of excellence within the organization.
- Support the leadership team in communicating the strategy through easy-to-understand visual guidance and compelling storytelling.
- Think creatively about ways to digitize and optimize the presentation of facts and figures, bringing data to life through innovative visualizations.
About You
- Demonstrable experience in creating visual graphics, media, and presentations for corporate organizations, strategy consultancies, agencies, or as a freelancer.
- University degree in marketing, media, design, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong relevant software graphic tool skills (Adobe CC) with several years of experience managing complex stakeholders successfully.
- Your passion for digital and visual products with impact drives you to make a meaningful contribution to the organization.
- You will be designing in the highly complex medical technology space, so previous experience in this area is a plus, but not required.
- Be proactive, think solution-oriented, and driven by a hands-on mentality.
- High intercultural competence and the ability to work in a dynamic team.
- Fluent English and German is required.
